whenever i try to download msn version 6.2 or 7.0 it won't let me it comes up with error code 1603 someone please help!!!!

I get the same error 1603 but first I get an error that says "Documents and Settings cantains an invalid charter." I have no other problems with my computer. Also MSN Explorer works alright just can not install MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger.

I get an error everytime I try to download msn mmessneger 6.2 or beta.its error code 1603. My computers fine. Can someone please help me?

I get the same thing when i try to download 7.0. Its really annoying me because all my friends have got it but I havent and they didnt have this problem. there has surely got to be a way of solving this.

hey well go to msn.com and click on help and follow instrutions from there

i read all those posted messages and
theres no help till you get to the
botton! if it don't work tho go to
msn2go.com cos that should work ok on any compuer.
