Um yeah i was trying to IM my mom on her cell phone and it won't let me i don't know why can you help i have done like the carrier and everything that it askes but she isn't getting them if you answer can yo e-mail it cause i have alot of work everyday i don't have time to look it back up please jw k thank you so much bye
