Have 123 copy dvd gold I bought last year. Used it once to cpy an instructional dvd I rented at the library, no problemToday I tried to bur a copy of a current dvd I just purchased, with no luck. It appears to go throught the motions of burning dvd to my hard drive (although it took 55 minutes), and then burn it to a blank disc (another 55 minutes) but when I try o play the disc in my computer or dvd player, it doesn't load, and I get a screen that reads "Unknown Disc". Any suggestions? Is here an upgrade I need? Please help; quite frustrated. Thanks, racecarguy@aol.com
