I purchased the license for the full product, but when I copy/paste the registration, enter my information (as it is in the email I was sent confirming purchase) I get an error message "can't activate" and the software prompts me to try again later or try the offline installer. I did try the offline installer as well, but the html page that's downloaded to the PC doesn't go anywhere, no browser (tried Firefox & IE7) will bring up a page, only the "page cannot be displayed" or "can't connect to server at..." errors come up for avex-dvd.com. Can you tell me what's going wrong? thanks
