Server is failing to run scheduled backups using the handy backup program.  This started after a connection failure with the isp.  (The backups are done via ftp.) Now even though the schedule is the same and no changes have been made to the program; services are running the backups don't run.  Manually starting them works.  When first logging on to the remote server this error appears in a window titled Handy Backup Initialization failed: Reason: Failed to create program log. [C5670601]
As it takes days for replies from the company I'm looking for help from other sources as well.
