I recently downloaded Avex Ipod DVD to Ipod suite. I downloaded this fine and converted a DVD to mpeg4 format. I then tried to upload this DVD file to my iTunes. I got this uploaded, but when I connected my Ipod and it updated the file ran with sound only.
Can you please help with this or tell me where I can find information?
