Hi, I am trying to convert some RMVB files to AVI, but I am having troubles. It works fine trying to go from RMVB to MPEG, but AVI is just not working. Everytime I get an error message that looks some what like this. Report(3,2147221482, file://mydocuments. What is this and how do I fix it. Thanks

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the program? Or you'd better download the program again from our own website http://www.xilisoft.com/rm-converter.html and install the new downloading. Please remove the old item before installing the new one. And please make sure that you have Windows Media Player 10 installed. Thank you.
