Hi.  Today I purchased the Platinum edition of your software. I am trying to rip a video podcast from Itunes. However when I go to view the finished product either with the built in viewer or WMP I only see half a screen of video.  I have tried using .wmv and mp4 both yield the same result. Also while ripping the audio appears out of sync with video. Any help would be appreciated.
