Yes. Please follow the steps below:

Please enter into the expert interface and select your hard drive as target.
Click the folder logo button next to the target drop-down bar where you can browse for a hard drive location in the pop-up window.
Please select a directory then click "Yes".
DVD-Cloner will then copy the source DVD to the selected directory, rather than to a blank DVDR/RW.
You may playback from hard drive disc with PowerDVD or other player.
