I just recently purchased SoundTaxi and I'm having troubles converting the files. I have songs from Rhapsody (rax format) that I am trying to convert to mp3. I go to the files where the Rhapsody songs are and open them up in SoundTaxi and they start converting; however, when it reaches the end of the conversion it reads an error. For example, it says "Error-Diagnostic Code 27110944". I don't know what else to do or what to do differently than what I am doing. If you could help me get past this little problem it would be greatly appreciated.
