I have just loaded utility ping to try it out and the install although it seemed to work it wiould not run from start programs as the utilities executable was directed to the wrong file name.  Going to the directory and clicking on the utility opened it OK.  I then tried to ping multiple addresses and it locked the PC.  Decided to uninstall and forget it but can't uninstall as I get cannot open INSTALL.LOG.  the file is in the directory and can be opened.  Also tried uninstalling from control panel again same message.  any ideas??  Tried reinstalling and running uninstall again still the same.
