Just bought your product a few days ago and after installing it, when I click the icon the product does not launch. Any help would be appreciated.

There must be something conflicting between your computer and DVD-CLONER , we have uploaded another version on our website which is designed specifically for solving this problem.
You can download it at http://www.dvd--copy.net/dvdcloner4.10_915Beta.exe

Please install V4.10 beta 915 on your PC and test if you get the same problem. Please uninstall DVD CLONER IV then install v4.10 beta 915 on your PC. Please download at:
