Xilisoft Video Converter : a problem about Xilisoft Video Converter
I encounter a problem when using Xilisoft Video Converter.
the case is :
The source file I chosen maybe any format, such as 3gp, WMV, MP4
The destination is MP4 format which video codec is H264 and the resolution is larger than 320x240 (e.g. 640x480).
After advanced setting is finished, I click to Encode.
Unfortunately, it failed everytime.
Could tell me the failed reason please? Thanks.

Please give the answers
Would you please tell me whether you are using the wizard (non-standard) mode? If so, I recommend you to ues the standard mode. Generally, it can keep more stable conversion than wizard mdoe. Please have a try. Thanks.
I recommend you use the standard mode. Meanwhile, We had reported it to our technicians to further study. We are working hard to improve our program. It will be much more powerful in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for supporting in our development.
