dvd cloner : dvd cloner IV
i just purchased dvd cloner IV and uploaded my first movie to my hard
drive - however, when i tried to play the file, there were numerous
files locested in the folder and none of them were recognized by my
laptop
how do i play my uploaded movies? do they have to be copied to a blank
dvd, or can't i just play them off my hard drive? thanks in advance

Thank you for contacting DVD-CLONER Inc. support team. DVD CLONER backups DVD movie into standard DVD format. Please use POwerDVD , WinDVD or other software player.
Please try the instructions:
1. Please select PLAY A DVD MOVIE FROM HARD DRIVE function. You can play DVD movie from hard drive. 2. If you can't find the function, please play the largest VOB file.
3. If your player can't recognise VOB file that mean you didn't install proper decoder on your PC. Please just download a trail version of PowerDVD or WinDVD. You can solve the problem.
