DVD Cloner : DVD Cloner III and IV

I tried to submit a question via the web but it did not show up under my
account.

My issue is that I purchased cloner III several months ago.  Soon
thereafter, I upgraded to v. IV.  I used no more than 2 weeks ago.  But when
I went to use it yesterday, I find that it is requesting a code. I used the
code that I had previously and it doesn't work.  Moreover, version III is no
longer on my computer.  What happens next?  I want my dvd cloner IV.

Sorry, I didn¡¯t find your order. Please tell me more details, such as your code or email by which you ordered DVD CLONER. I will check it for you again.

Or you may reinstall DVD CLONER IV on your PC then try again.
