I am trying to use Tunebite Platinum on Vista Home Premium but get the following error.

Video test failed!

Error disabling the hardware acceleration!

When I downloaded the trial the web page clearly stated the product supports Vista. Am I missing something?

i downloaded a trial version of tunebite onto my vista home premium system
with nvidia and soundblaster audigy cards. i can not find where i need to
turn off the hardware acceleration so tunebite will convert a .m4v file to
another format.
