DVD Cloner : Failed to Read DVD
I've been using DVD Cloner II successfully until recently. Since it is the new DVDs that I am having problems with, I assumed it was newer copy protection. I purchased IV in hope that it is more sophisticated. I am still having the problem.
I can trick it into recognizing that the disk is in fact a DVD, but after locking up for 5 minutes or so, all I can get is a 'Failed to Read DVD' message.
Any ideas on how to get around this? The format selections say that it should be able to read newer DVDs. The most recent one I tried is a Disney DVD.

Thank you for writing to us. Please use our new version 4.20 build 917. Please unclick ¡°Author dvd region automatically when start¡± in Advanced setup, then exit DVD CLONER IV. Please play the DVD with PowerDVD , WinDVD or your own software player for 1 minute, then exit PowerDVd or WinDVD. Try DVD-CLONER again.
Please use expert interface and select other options in READ IO. You can solve the problem.
