QK SMTP Server : QK SMTP Server / failed to receive

I am a user of the QK SMTP program and all of a sudden I have been getting this message: "failed to receive email: Flashfiler: FF SERVER ERROR: Record accessed is deleted [$3c33/15411]. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Just consult with the programmer. The error message "Failed to receive email" in the QK software means when receiving mails from the client end, it made an error. Normally, this error can't appear, so it seems
a bug of the program. We will test and check it first.
By the way, would you please tell me more details about the error? such as: does it appear when using in local computer? Does it appear every time, when using in non-local computer? Do you choose the option "If no request is received, close connetion..." in Service Basic
Parameter, cancel to choose this option and try again to see if it is OK.
i have the same problem... failed to receive email

I have qk installed at home pc on port 25 and port forward set 2500->25. I can use homepc.dydns:2500 from my friend's pc fine, but i get "failed to receive email" error if i try behind a corporate firewall, port 2500 is not blocked and i can use gmail smtp on port 465 also.
