purchased Pocket DVD studio 4.0 Sept. 2006 from Pocket Gear.  This has been a great piece of software!  I have enjoyed watching movies and TV shows on my Dell Axim 5 for many months.  However, the last 4 movies I have tried recording have no sound.  I have done the following to try and fix this problem:
 
1. Checked ALL my audio settings both on the DVD studio software and on my computer.
2. Checked all my audio settings on any "player" I might be using
3. Downloaded one of the recorded movies onto a flash card and tested it on my Pocket PC
4. Checked a previous movie that I had recorded to see if there was sound and there was
5. Looked at the last point it was working correctly (time / date stamp from a movie I had recorded) and restored my computer to that point
6. Removed any newly installed software that might be conflicting with the DVD studio
7. Removed Pocket DVD studio and reinstalled it
8. Read the troubleshooting guide included with the software
9. Look for the Frequent Q&A on your website (couldn't find it)
10. Tried recording a movie that I had previously recorded successfully with sound and it did not have sound the second time around
11. Changed the output settings to every option available
 
I am at a loss as to why it was working perfectly and then stopped recording sound all of a sudden.  Here is a screen shot of my settings which I have not changed, but thought that it might prove to be useful to you.  Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
