Mooma DVD to iPod converter : How do I select language and turn off subtitltes in Mooma?

I purchased the software only to find out there are NO selection boxes for language or subtitles. My DVD copies to FRENCH and includes ENGLISH subtitles with no apparent options to set manually. how do I do this?
