Recently (April 28, 12:00pm) I purchased an activation code from Power DVD. It did not work. For some unknown reason the code and program is for gateway computer. I do not have a gateway computer. I am sure that this was a user error of some kind. I would like a refund. Please email me the appropriate name and contact information of the person with whom I need to speak.
