DVD Cloner : how to Copy a new dvd

I have a new dvd "Casino Royale" that I am trying to copy on the new version of your dvd cloner IV. It won't let me. It says it says it does not recognize a dvd in the driver. It says to play the dvd on my computer for a few minutes (PowerDVD/WinDVD). I have never had any problems copying my dvd movies before. HELP!

Please unclick ¡°Author dvd region automatically when start¡± in Advanced setup, then exit DVD CLONER IV. Please play the DVD with PowerDVD , WinDVD or your own software player for 1 minute, then exit PowerDVd or WinDVD. Try DVD-CLONER again.

Please use expert interface and select other options in READ IO. You can solve the problem.
