I JUST purchased MovieTaxi Zune Video Converter and after several hours of receiving Diagnostic errors and uncompatible Zune WMA files, I am afraid to say that I am completely dissatisfied.
 
Even after a COUPLE of my mp4 files converted to Zune format, it RECONVERTED AGAIN after being placed in the Zune software. This is not what I was hoping for. I wanted to have a ONE-STEP reconversion process whereas to avoid the LONG reconversion process of the Zune software.
 
Unless there are steps that you can give me to be able to solve this problem, I will be asking for my money back.
