Installed the software and it will not run. Is there actually a support staff for DVD Cloner IV? Very difficult.

Please install V4.10 beta 915 on your PC and test if you get the same problem. Please uninstall v4.10 then install v4.10 beta 915 on your PC. Please download at:
http://www.dvd--copy.net/dvdcloner4.10_915Beta.exe
