DVD Cloner IV : DVD-Cloner IV copy error
I'm trying to copy a DVD the source is 7.8GB I purchased Verbatim DVD-R to take a backup copy of the movie. When I place the Verbatim into my machine it gets rejected, I have tried more than one Verbatim. If I select “ignore” (force a burn) I get a run time error, application crashes. I’m assuming the move is D9 as its 7.8 GB and the Verbatim is a blank D9 DVD – What am I doing wrong?

Please try the steps:
1.Please make sure that your DVD burner supports the DVDr/rw disc you use.
2.Please select 4x or 1xas burning speed in the Advanced Option and use 4x namebrand DVDr/rw disc, such as Memorex, Fujifilm, or Verbatim for example.
3. If you use DVDrw disc, please format it before burning.
4. Please select your hard drive as target and backup your DVD on your hard drive. Then you may burn from HDD to DVDr/rw disc with Nero or roxio.
