Utility Ping : ping multiple addresses
Your 'Ping Utility' is said to be able to ping multiple addresses?
Do you have to enter the list manually, or can the utility READ them from a simple text file?

Yes, it can ping multiple address, you have to enter the list manually
and save it as a .spl format. Read them from a simple text file.
