I recently bought and downloaded version IV. I have been unsuccessful in trying to copy a dual layer disc. I tried DVD-9 to DVD-5 and DVD-9 to DVD-5 movie only. On both efforts after about 1 or 2 per cent of reading in the data the software hangs up and freezes. Nothing else happens and I have to abort. I was only successful in getting passed this point when I tried instead DVD-9 to 2 DVD-5. The copies work except some of the special features have no audio and some I can't access ( I presume they are on disc 2 and the menu is on disc 1.) How can I copy DVD-9 to DVD-5 single disc?
