I purchased Super DVD Creator about 1 year ago from your website and my program was working just fine. I recently had to reformat my computer and I have tried re-installing your software but it is not working properly. If you can email me back as to suggestions on what to do it would greatly be appreciated, or if you can send me a replacement if such warranty exists.
