I purchased DVD ClonerIV from HermanStreet and downloaded it to my computer yesterday, but when I tried to open it today the shortcut wouldn't work. However, I was able to start the program using the "Run as" command. Big problem though, it would not run with the default user and told me to run using the Administrator as the user. Running the program as the computer administrator requires me to enter a password.  Yet I don't know of a password I've set for my computer or for this program.  I just want to click on the DVD Cloner icon and have the program start.  What can I do to make this happen?  kpraner 12/21/2006
