I recently upgraded from a paid and registered DVD-Cloner III to a paid and registered DVD-Cloner IV.

Now, when the program starts to read the DVD I want to back-up, the software tells me to insert the source disc into the drive when the DVD is already in the drive.  Then a pop-up window appears the tells me to click OK when it's inserted; I click okay and the pop-up window doesn't go away! I have to hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of it and re-start the program.

Please help.
