Raw MPeG2 to Windows Movie Maker

DVD Ripper Wizard : Raw MPeG2 to Windows Movie Maker

I ripped a piece of a DVD and saved it as as a raw MPeG2 file. When I import it to Windows Movie Maker it turns upside down. What am I doing wrong, or is there someway to turn it rightside up?
