QK SMTP Server : mail send from outlook missing

mail send from outlook and qksmtp server log says received but no mail was send out according to the log and there wasn't any mail in the que as well. it just went missing??????

would you please give me more details? Is there any error notice shows? Are you sure your configuration is correct?
