DVD Ripper Wizard : The output file's quality is bad

Why the output file's quality is very bad? I've tried using all of the different ripping options & compression codecs,
as well as reinstalling the program. Nothing I've tried has made any
difference.

It is because the bitrate is too low in encoder. Try to use DIVX.
