QK SMTP Server : Failure transferring job to network server
Our firm downloaded your free 30-day trial offer of the QK SMTP Server software. However, we have still not been able to get it to work. The error
message I get from our Xerox Workcentre Pro 75 is “Failure transferring job to network serverâ€.
Although your instructions for configuring Outlook Express say to change the outgoing server to 127.0.0.1, the IT person who installed your software for
us, told me that I should leave my outgoing server as before.

RE: Failure transferring job to network server
If OK and mail client end are running on the same computer, just use
the default setting of QK is ok.
If not, you should change some settings.
First, make sure the IP address of the computer (e.g.: S) which is
running QK and the the IP address of the computer (e.g.: C) which is
running the mail client end. After QK starts, we can see the binded IP
in its main window and can ensure C can access S via some certain IP
address. Here, we briefly call this IP is A.
Second, we open Settings->Access IP Control, the add the IP of C into
the list (if the IP address of C is dynamic, you can add a bound of
address) and choose "Access" to "Allowed".
Third, the configuration of the mail client end, change the IP address
of "outgoing server" to A which we get previously. (Remember please do
not use 127.0.0.1).
