Paragon Drive Backup : HOW IT WORKS
I NEED TO CLONE AN OLD HARD DRIVE TO A NEW ONE IN A NEW COMPUTER. DO I NEED TO INSTALL THE OLD HARD DRIVE TO THE NEW COMPUTER AND USE THE DISK COPIER OR CAN I JUST CLONE IT TO A FLOPPY DISK AND TRANSFER IT TO THE NEW HARD DRIVE.

Using Paragon Drive backup you can create an image of your old hard disk, burn it on CD/DVD and then boot on your new computer with Recovery CD (you will be able to download it after purchasing Drive Backup) and then restore your archive to the new disk. So, you won't need to install the old hard disk to the new computer.
