Solution:
There are many possible reasons why this problem can occur.

Suggestions:

A. Lower write speed

Proceed as usual until you are at the "Insert CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc" page.
Insert a CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc.
Click on the button "Change Options..."
Select a lower write speed. Try to start with a low speed. If burning with the low speed works, try it next time a higher one.
Click on "OK"
You can now see the changed the write speed in the lower part of the page.
B. Try a different brand of CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc

CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc burners can have problems burning on some brands of CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc. You can try out a different brand and see if it works better. Note that some CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc burner manufacturers publish lists of recommended media on their websites.

C. Try a different drive

Some problems can be resolved by trying a different drive if you have more than one drive in your computer. You can choose a different drive on the "Insert CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc" page. D. Update the firmware of the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc burner
