Solution:
There are many possible reasons why this problem can occur.

Suggestions:

A. Check if CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc is copy-protected.

Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 does not support copying copy-protected CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc.
Please look on the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc itself or its case for more information regarding copy protection.

B. Check if the surface of the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc is dirty.

If it is dirty and read errors occured, cleaning the surface can help. One way to clean the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc is (at your own risk!):

Hold the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc by the edge.
Use clean, lint-free cloth.
Wipe the surface carefully starting at the center and moving outward to the edge. Don't wipe in circles, as this might damage the CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc.
For more information on cleaning CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc, search for "cleaning CD/DVD" using your favorite internet search engine.

C. Try a different drive

Some problems can be resolved by trying a different drive if you have more than one drive in your computer. You can choose a different drive on the "Insert CD/DVD/Blu-ray Disc" page.
