I’m trying to convert a DVD into a single AVI file…
Your product says is saying something like “Scan Failed†then creating a zero byte AVI file with 68 meg mpg files. It’s also not converting the whole video – just a portion of it.
Is there a “COMPLETE†download section – I’m missing a great portion of what seems to be screen shot example’s on your web site…

download DivX 5 encoder from:
http://www.moomasoft.com/divx-free-download.html, then choose DivX 5
in Compressor to compress.
DVD Ripper saves each Chapter into a file, .mpg file is the original
non-compressed file on the disk with high quality.
choose the encoder "XVid Mpeg4 Codec" to convert it into .avi.
