In the instructions it shows a place for tools in the advanced section that I do not have. I don't know if this matters but I still can't decrypt or back-up any Sony or Columbia pictures movies. I do hope we can resolve this problem I like the set up of this program. Before I un-locked it, it would get parts of the movies as win-media files but they would not be in order. Now it won't even do that. Also thank you so very much for your reply about this, I was nervous that I got stuck with some program that had no tech.
