recently ive noticed my boyfriend is getting little red bumps on the head of his penis and underneath the skin below the head. he also has 2 red bumps on the side of his penis that are about 3 cenimeters in diameter, they have been there for a week. he says they are just bug bites but im getting worried because they havent gotten any smaller.  is that normal
