DVD Cloner : DVD shrink error

Been using DVD cloner 2.35 for quite a while. Today I attempted to ue it on 3 different DVD's and got "DVD Shrink 3.1 encountered and error" pop up and then DVD Cloner popped up an "unable to read" error.
What gives?

On the trouble shooting page it says "Please contact us if you have any questions on this software or our service, we'll respond your letter within 24 hours."

it's been more than 24 hours....
