I also am getting this error 81000303 that says microsoft passport. this has been going on ever since i changed my password. I've had to change like 3 times just to get into my hotmail account, and now tonite it took me about 20 tries to just get on here. This has been going on now for almost 2 weeks, which in my book is way too long.
