When ever i want to talk to a friend of mine online I cant type anything and when I try to exit they say the program is not responding. I'v only had msn for 9 months and this happened on January or earlier. What do I do. the computer says I haveTinyBar (ISTbar) created by Integrated Search Technologies. I cant get it off
