when i try to download a new version of msn it downloads all the way till the end then stops and says there is sum kind of error "1603" , it lets me go on old msn messenger but wont let me install a newer version

kate, go to msn.com. across from where it says bush behind the wheel where the picture is, on top there are 4 words. the second word in bold says msn messenger. click that, then click get it now. i think u can take it from there.

how do i set up another msn account on msn messenger if i am already signed up for msn.com hotmail?
