i keep trying to download msn 7.0 so i deleted msn 6.2 and it still dosent work

How do i solve this problem?!

when me and my friend try to download msn messenger when we install an error comes up about 1603

every time i try and install msn messenger i get a message saying that i have error 1603

how do i solve this problem????

its fuked up wont let me logg in and wont let me logg into hotmail

when i tried to download  boththe messengers showed 1603 download, and also, the download never started automatically, i think yahho is better than hotmail or msn
