DirectTalk for MSN Messenger : why wont msn messenger download

When i tried to download msn 7.0 it deleted msn 6.2 , it didnt download 7.0 and no i dont have 6.2 ! And everytime i try to download either 6.2 or 7.0 it always comes up with error and never downloads ! Why wont it let me download msn messenger ???

why wont msn 7.5 download well it starts 2 but then says go 2 the msn website and download it there so i do and it comes up sayin 1601 doesnt work go 2 the msn website but im already there?

why wont msn 7.0 download ?? i cant get on msn with out downloading msn 7.0 but it wont download it has a red x in the box ??????? please help
