Requested Refund
My first post should have been a thumbs down but the option was not detected
until it was too late and the message could not be edited.
A refund has been requested based on the (30 Days Money Back GUARANTEE!)the
software comes with.
I have yet to receive any help from a developer. While my situation may be
different than most here are the facts:
**The software is not working
**There has been no response from a developer
**There has not even been an attempt to help
**There has not been an acknowledgment that the problem has been noticed.
**No other individual who has requested help via the official help site
(http://www.service-1.org/px-flash-saver/questions.html) has received any help and the oldest request was made five weeks ago.
Well, that means getting a refund.
If you want to try, be sure to document all attempts at help and the money
back guarantee and even if it doesn't work your credit card company will
refund your money if they don't.

Flash Saver: Check the Questions section

is the offical area to get help with Flash Saver. Currently there are three qrequests for help. They are dated 4-19-2006, 4-29-2006, and 5-19-2006. None have yet received a response.
Qwerks has been great. They responded to me fairly quickly (within 24 hours) and they are trying to get a response from a vendor. So, obviously I'm happy with their service.
Watch the 5-19 question. I will respond to it stating the outcome and that will be done within a couple of days. There is a 30 day money back guarantee and given the lack of response I will request the money back and if not refunded quickly I will contest the charge. Given the money back guarantee (I saved the web page) there will be no problem with losing money on this deal. Hopefully, there will be a response and you will read about a happy client.
