The MailLater add-in is a convenient e-mail scheduler; it is developed for Microsoft Outlook (2000, XP, 2003). With its help, you can send your e-mail correspondence at specified time even if you are away from your computer.

Why you need the utility?

Normally when you compose an e-mail, you send it immediately. You press the Send button and off it goes. However, there may be times when you want to compose an e-mail but do not want to send it to the recipient right away. You would rather have the mail sent at specified time. You need the assistance of MailLater.

HOW IT WORKS?


Each time you reply or create a new e-mail message, you will be able to choose a particular time for your PC to send your message. Just click the "MailLater" icon on the message toolbar and select the sending time using date-time picker. Click "Maillater" and your open message will be scheduled for that time and saved in the drafts folder.

Be sure that it will be sent exactly at the time of your choice.

Program Features:

The "MailLater" icon will appear next to the "Send" icon on the open message toolbar for your convenience;

Messages are sent automatically at the scheduled time. Computer has to be online with MS Outlook open,

Messages stored in Drafts folder can be edited, removed from the folder or sent manually;

Messages stored in Drafts folder can be reset the time that e-mail will be sent;
