Pure Garbage
I can't get this sofware to work and there is no support. I can't get a hold to a human being to save my life. Don't waste your money like I did.

Unpredictable software
This software works fine if you can get it to do so, but when it acts up you are in trouble. And when you are in trouble, there is no customer support. It's like the owners of the software have taken the money and run!

Great Program
I don't get the vehemence spewing forth from some of these reviews. I bought the program and it works great. As a matter of fact I expected that the program probably was not going to live up to my expectations, but it surely did. I have lots of DVD's which were copied successfully and I plan to have lots more. Thank you for a terrific product!

opinion and suggestion
i think this is a great piece of software. it has all the function that i need, a light footprint, and high speed. it's really fixed so many "lost" and delayed email issues.
i did have a suggestion which i notified to support/development. i now see that it's exactly the same as that made by Mike(flying fish).

A suggestion for QK SMTP Server "Exit" Setting
A suggestion for QK SMTP Server..
After double clicking on the QK-SMTP icon in the notification area of the task bar and viewing the progress and history etc. I inadvertantly click the EXIT button instead of the minimize one. This closes the application and the next time I send mail I have to re-start QK-SMTP after following the errors from Outlook because it has no SMTP server.
Is it possible, that the exit button could be made to drop the icon back to the notification area of the task bar?. Or even an extra control for this purpose..
This is a terrific application.. I don't know how I managed without it.

ORDERING AND PAYING FOR SPYFIGHTER CLEANER PRO
My daughter purchased your SPYFIGHTER CLEANER PRO May 1st, 2006 for the
purchase price of $41.62 ORDER NO. 1146469699-3132-843109.
She doesn't have a great deal of money and trusted that you would provide
her with the product. It is now the 19th of June, 2006 and she still hasn't
received the product or heard from you at all. We had to go out and buy
her a spyware program because she was having problems with her computer
and spam, etc.
She is just asking for her money back please.

Good program, poor support
I value support from a company. The program is great, but have had a few issues over the past years with the timeliness of support responses and issue being resolved.
They indicated a response with 24 hours. This does not seem to be true.
