Just purchased Winbackup through download last month. Seemed as though features were exactly what I wanted. First time I used it for full backup of my harddrive. worked like a champ. Two weeks later, I tried it again. This time it just sorta hung after getting about 75% complete. Stuck on a DLL used by Windows. Thinking it might be too much for it to handle (8.7GB), I selected everything except Windows and Program Files. This time, it hung at 98% complete 4.1GB of 4.5GB. No response from support but then, probably don't have a group for that purpose.
